How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once a package is shipped, we are unable to intercept a package or change the mailing address. If address is incorrect by any chance, please email us immediately after your order was placed with order# and inquiry.
We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing your orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to the orders.
No cancellations or refunds after order submission. All sales are final.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
What do I do If receive a damaged item?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery with detailed images of the product that is damaged and Invoice slip/ order #.
Sizing and Care
How do I wash my items?
